We would like to welcome you to Riverbank Care Ltd and we hope this website will provide information about the Golden Sands Residential and the Warren Nursing Care Homes.

The Directors and Proprietors, Jackie and Robert Thisby, are a local couple who are both actively involved in the running of the care homes.

The Staff of each home work as a close team with at least one trained nurse on duty at all times. Care Assistants are encouraged to be trained to City & Guilds NVQ Care Level 3.

The nursing staff are supported by the administration, kitchen, laundry, domestic and maintenance staff. All staff are under the supervision of the Home Managers, Laura Hobbs RGN (Warren) and Mandy Bateman (Golden Sands).

Our Activities Organisers, Carol and Maureen, provide for individual needs or group entertainment. Residents wishing to engage in additional social activities, hobbies or leisure interest may discuss this with Carol, Maureen or any of the nursing team.
